Matt is a father of two amazing daughters. They are the most important aspect of his life. Matt believes Faith and Family always come first! Matt enjoys working out regularly, attending and watching sporting events. Matt has a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and Secondary Education from the University of Arkansas and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from The University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

James Pulliam
President of Construction
James Pulliam runs the interior remodeling division of 47 Roofing & Construction. He enjoys helping customers see their dreams come to reality remodeling their kitchens, bathrooms and full house remodels. He also helps customers replace exterior items such as roofs, gutters, siding, ect. His favorite pastimes outside of work is spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Taylor J. Bivins
Project Manager
Taylor and Lexi Bivins are both Business Developers for 47 Roofing and Construction. They often act as a husband and wife power couple to complete our various roofing projects. The Bivins’ are committed to providing their customers with the best quality of work, communication and respect. They pride themselves in their ability to provide their customers with transparency and clear communication from start to finish. Taylor is also hands-on and acts as a project manager to ensure all of their clients’ priorities are met every step of the way. Living in Flower Mound, TX provides them with an excellent opportunity to serve the neighbors in their community.

Justin is a husband and father of four. He is involved with his local church, loves the great outdoors and health and fitness. A graduate from University of North Texas, he has a background in interior design, sales, and operational management. He is passionate about serving others and ensuring clients have the best experience possible during their home improvement projects.
Houston Holtman
Project Manager & Sales
Houston started our Austin Branch of 47RC. His construction background started with framing, roofing, and remodeling houses when he was 15. He was along side his dad for 13 years doing just that. Afterwords, he moved into inspecting roofs and properties all over the country for catastrophe’s from wind, hail, fires and floods for 3 years and then moved to being a catastrophe adjuster. He has his adjuster’s license in 14 states and just started serving as a roof salesman for his community in Austin this year. In his spare time, he enjoys writing music, snowboarding, landscape/gardening, cooking and spending time with his 18month daughter, 15 yr old son and my wife of 5 years.
John Shannon

John is a Custom Carpenter with years of experience working on high end custom homes in Big Sky, Montana. John has a tireless work ethic paired with a desire to bring satisfaction to our customers during every stage of their projects. John enjoys projects of great varieties and complexities. Always doing work in his shop or on the family property. With his fine attention to detail and ability to solve unconventional problems he makes a great asset to our team here at 47 roofing and construction.
Connor Bivins
Business Developer
Connor Bivins is a Business Developer for 47 Roofing and Construction, serving the communities of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Connor was born and raised in Kansas City and graduated from Kansas State University in 2018 with a Food-Science and Business degree. He recently moved to the great state of Texas in 2022. Connor is very passionate about family, friends, fishing, and helping others. He looks forward to helping his new neighbors and friends with their roofing and construction projects!
Ryann Smythe

Ryann is a residential roofing and construction specialist. She opens the line of communication between homeowners, our team and insurance companies to get projects done. Ryann has experience in insurance, management, team building, communication, and company collaboration.
